Like every other expat or migrant, we as a family shifted to Bengaluru from Mumbai for work purposes. Undoubtedly each and every migrant would first search for their state or community connection or their traditional state cuisine or something more to make themselves feel much more comfortable in a new place when they come out of their comfort cocoon. Similarly, we started our hunt for the most authentic and basic vada pav, Samosa Pav, Sandwich, and more. But we failed to find the perfect blend and taste. And that's how we came up with our concept of Bombay Spice Cafe which would not only bring forward the taste of Mumbai street food but also bridge the gap between Bombay to Bangalore in terms of Nukkad wali nashta.

We surely wanted to add spice to our life and thus we hired our chefs who have now become our family from Mumbai, who have had more than 20+ years of combined culinary experience.

We wish to bring forward the most amazing experience for our customers who wish to come tag along with us, play some fun-filled games, sip and dine until their heart content and share some laughter and joy.
